Always believe in yourself

Thursday, March 9, 2017

Hello friends!  I've had a pretty life changing couple of weeks and I can't wait to tell you about it.

Friday the 24th of February 2017: The beginning of the end for me.  The end of what?  The end of bad habits, sedentary days, and negative thoughts.  I woke up that Friday determined to change my outlook on many things in life, including myself.  I realize we're now into March, but that moment I declared '2017' to be the year of 'ME'.  I'm always giving giving giving my time and energy to everyone else and putting myself on the back burner.  This has been detrimental to my health and spirit.  Please, don't get me wrong, I'm not making a choice to be a selfish asshole, I'm choosing to focus on myself.  I don't think there's anything selfish about that!  I think more moms and wives need to.

30 Easy Ways to Get More Daily Steps

Monday, February 13, 2017

As we're moving further into February a lot of people will have already abandoned their resolutions and goals.  Fitness related goals are the number one resolutions made each year, and usually the first to go.  Today I'm going to offer up some awesome advice and tips to help you keep your goals!
One of the easiest ways to get more active is simply moving!  Make sure that you're getting your steps in for the day.  As a blogger, some times it's really difficult for me to do this since so much of my day is spent in front of a computer.  So I compiled a list of ways to get more steps in and get myself moving!

30 Easy Ways to Get More Daily Steps
||1} Dance it out! I recommend turning on some hip-hop and do your thing.  Don't worry, no one's watching.
||2} Pace when you're making dinner.
||3} Vacuum more.
||4} Park further away from entrances.
||5} Stop using your remote.  Get up and walk to the tv.
||6} Stuck on a long call?  Walk around!
||7} Walk around the grocery store a few times before you start your shopping.
||8} Stopping for the Starbucks you crave?  Park and go inside, don't go through the drive-thru.
||9} Take your pup on a walk.  Great bonding time for you and Fido.
||10} Do NOT go to bed until you've met your goal.  Walk around and pick up the day's clutter before bed to help get more steps in.
||11} Don't skip through commercials, get up and walk in place or around your home.
||12} If you need to go somewhere that is less than a mile away... WALK.
||13} Pace around while brushing your teeth or blow drying your hair.
||14} Go to the mall and window shop while doing laps.
||15} If you have stairs, go up and down them a few times before you have a snack.
||16} While out running errands, walk around your car a few times before getting back in.
||17} Play fetch with your dog and run around with them.
||18} Pace around while your morning coffee is brewing.
||19} Set an alarm to get up and move every 30mins.
||20} Take your dog on a walk around the block every potty break instead of just opening the door and letting them go in the backyard (I live in an apartment and I don't have a yard.  When I adopted my pup, my steps doubled daily because of potty walks).
||21} ALWAYS take the stairs.
||22} Bring your groceries in one bag at a time.
||23} Challenge your friends on FitBit, make it a game!
||24} Choose the bathroom furthest away.  You can do this in an office building that you work at or at home.  We have 3 bathrooms and I always go to the bathroom furthest from where I am.
||25} Wash your car by hand.
||26} Go on a walk on your lunch break.
||27} Do the laundry more often.
||28} Pick a word or "thing" that happens in your favorite show often and get up and walk around your couch 3 times every time it happens.
||29} Get a FitBit or some other step tracker.  You'd be really surprised how motivating that can be. I love my FitBit and the new bands I recently got for them.
||30} Decide right here right now that you're worth and make a plan to utilize these tips.  Put them in your planner and do it!

I have found that these 30 things have really helped me get more steps and more activity in my day.  You don't have to go on hour long walks every day (though that'd be great!), just find ways to MOVE while you're doing your ordinary tasks throughout the day.
Hope this helps!  Happy walking!

weight watchers wednesday || 8-10-16

Wednesday, August 10, 2016

I don't have any food pictures for you this week.  I do have another Weight Watchers planner video for you!

This week's installment of Weight Watchers Wednesday is super special because at weigh in on Monday I am officially down 20lbs.  Yes, 20lbs!  Very exciting and completely awesome because I don't feel like it's been that hard...

This is going to be a shorter post because I'm loving all the same stuff guys.  Nothing new.  I'm just keeping on keeping on with the Weight Watchers hustle!

I AM seriously considering a secondary YouTube channel though.  I know I touched on it last week, but I really really think I may go ahead with it.  I'd like to share with you what I eat in a day and videos seem the way to go.  So stay tuned for that.

I've been filming like crazy lately so definitely go check out my YouTube channel and subscribe if you haven't already.

I'll be going back to regularly scheduled blog posting in addition to WWW soon.  I've just been having so much fun filming and editing for YouTube that I haven't written much lately.  Don't worry, my readers are always on my mind!  I have some amazing content coming your way soon!

week 29 recap || 2016

Saturday, July 23, 2016

I have had the most productive week!  Last weekend we spent several hours getting a room in our apartment organized to be my new studio.  This room is the largest room in our apartment and it's amazing!  I have "stations" setup for different needs.  Like a filming space, a dedicated photography space, Etsy order packaging, etc.  This has shaved off so much time and I'm able to create so much quicker.

This week I filmed 2 videos for you guys and they're both already edited and uploaded:

I'm really excited about the setup I have for filming.  I'm still adjusting to using natural lighting [large windows in there] instead of my lights, so the lighting might vary for a little while.

This week I had a blog post go live at Sweet Stamp Shop.  It also went live here yesterday.  I teach you how to make a cute easy shaker gift card holder.  I FINALLY picked up a fuse tool so I'm finding all of the things to fuse, haha!

This weekend I put summer clips on clearance in my Etsy shop.  Making room for the fall release! So be sure to check out the clips and get yourself a good discount.

I plan on having my Fall Release the 8th of August.  Definitely keep your eye out for that.

This week I started a new series, Weight Watchers Wednesday.  I'm going to be sharing my weekly experience on WW.  Here's the planner I made to track everything in.  I LOVE the WW app, but I wanted a planner that I can look back at easily and flip through.

Once again this week I used a Sherri Baldy digital stamp in my planner.  I just love them, so very cute.  Next week I'll be shaking it up though and doing something different.  So be keeping an eye on that!

Weight Watchers Smart Points initial review and results.  Plus tips and meal ideas.

weight-watchers-planner

Okayyy, I know it's not Wednesday... I got way too busy yesterday to get this post up.  I really wanted to get this series off the ground though, so I'm posting it a day late.

Back story: I joined WW in May and was doing GREAT until we got closer to my son's graduation.  Life became so hectic that I fell off the wagon.  Then we immediately went on a family vacation and I stayed off the wagon until last week.  Now that doesn't mean that I went crazy and ate everything in sight, it just means I didn't track my points or weigh myself.  So I have no idea what my progress was like during that time.  With THAT being said, I have officially lost 20lbs or so!  I can't imagine how great my progress would be had I kept at tracking my points during my "break".

With this series my plan is to share my weekly weight loss [or gain], my favorite WW friendly meals & snacks, and just overall weekly experience.

To get started I'm going to share how my last 2 weeks have been since I've been back on the program.  I created a "WW Planner" out of a spare Happy Planner that I have [image above].  Using my favorite Sweet Stamp Shop stamps, I have created a perfect health & fitness planner.

One of the things that amazes me about WW is that if you're smart with it, you NEVER feel deprived.  I just make sure that I take advantage of zero point fruits and veggies, and lean protein rich food.

||Tips for Inspo||

Take advantage of the "Connect" social media aspect of the WW app.  It's so incredibly inspiring!  There's tons of info and help from real people just like you.

I have found great resources by searching "#smartpoints" on Instagram.  Lots of WW users share images of their favorite low smart point meals and recipes.  I have found this to be incredibly helpful when trying to come up with meal ideas.

Search YouTube for WW specific videos.  There's several vloggers that share their meals daily.  Another great resource!

weight-watchers-breakfast

It has been so interesting to find out the actual nutrition and serving size of things.  Serving sizes has been the most interesting to me, but not in the way you'd think!  I've been surprised by how large a serving size is on some food.  If I wasn't weighing my food with a scale, I'd definitely feel deprived because I'd be under eating my servings.

I enjoyed this 6sp breakfast several times last week.  I'm not a huge breakfast eater, so it's hard for me to force myself to eat something.  I just poached an egg real quick and put it on a toasted English Muffin with one laughing cow wedge spread on it. [technically it was a Happy Farms spreadable cheese wedge.  it's the Aldi version of Laughing Cow]

English Muffins were something that surprised me.  I didn't expect a "bread" food item to be so low in points.  This can be very beneficial if you work outside the home.  You can premake breakfast sandwiches to grab and go.

||Weekly Favorites||

I'm going to be real with you for a minute... I have NEVER had fresh cherries before!  *gasp* I know, right?!  Well my significant other picked up a package of them when I was picking up fruit and veggies.  I tried one and I'm hooked.  Holy cow.  They're amazing!  Who needs candy?  I have a serious sweet tooth and I LOVE candy.  All candy.  Chocolate, gummy, hard.  I couldn't believe how satisfying the cherries were to curb my sweet tooth.
HOWEVER, moderation is key here... Yes fruit and veggies are "free", but that doesn't mean you can eat 3lbs of cherries a day and be successful.

Snack plates for lunch.  I picked up Bolthouse Farms Cilantro Avocado Yogurt salad dressing at the marketplace.  Serving size is 2Tbsp and the serving is only 2sp.  This is great paired with zero point veggies as a dip.  I don't cover my veggies in it obvi, just a light dip to add some flavor zest.  Right now I'm loving grape tomatoes, celery, and cauliflower this way.  Pair that with some low point turkey pepperoni and a Babybel Light for a low point snack plate.

Not so "naughty" naughty snacks.  Aldi has amazing Pizzelle Vanilla Italian cookies.  5sp for 6 cookies!  I like to take 2 cookies for 2sp and make an ice cream sandwich with 2Tbsp of Light Sugar Free Whipped Topping.  This is an incredibly satisfying "naughty" dessert that is only 3sp!

ww-fitspo

I created a separate Instagram account for WW.  I post meals with points and motivational quotes.  Follow me and let's inspire each other!

If you're interested in checking out Weight Watchers, use my referral link and we'll both get $20 credit to spend in the online shop! Join HERE

Also... If you're on WW, come find me on Connect!

sodastream review

sodastream

I was recently sent a SodaStream* starter kit via House Party to hold a party and essentially advertise the SodaStream Source.  It was NOT a requirement that I make a blog post on this, but I'm just so obsessed with my new SodaStream I had to share myyy thoughts!

House Party is a neat website that you can sign up for to hold "parties".  Basically they send you a free item, and you commit to having a party with your friends to try out the item.  I was incredibly lucky to get in on the SodaStream party!  When my SodaStream arrived I fell in love instantly.  I've seen them in stores but never would have purchased it for myself.  However, after playing with one I definitely would have ended up buying one.  Several people from my SodaStream party have ordered one already ahah!

REVIEW:
So far I cannot find anything negative to say about this unit.  It's easy to use, makes wonderful drinks, and is environmentally friendly.  What more could you ask for?  My favorite flavors include: Orange Soda, Ocean Spray Cranberry, Dr. Pete, and Diet Pink Grapefruit.  I will warn you, all of the flavorings have a sort of "artificial sweetener" taste to them.  None of the flavorings are made with High Fructose Corn Syrup, and the diet flavors are made with Sucralose instead of Aspartame.  The non-diet flavors do seem to be made with a mixture of Sugar & Sucralose.  This keeps calories lower than regular store bought soda brands, but something to keep in mind if you do not like to consume artificial sweeteners.  They do offer regular Cola flavoring without artificial sweeteners, it's made with 100% Pure Cane Sugar.  I haven't tried this one, so I am unable to tell you how it tastes.  There are other flavorings as well in their "Sparkling Naturals" line that are made without artificial sweetener.

CONCLUSION:
If you don't mind consuming artificial sweetener, and are looking to cut calories, SodaStream would be an amazing option for you.  Even just using it to have plain sparkling water!  If you prefer pure cane sugar drinks, but want to limit your intake of High Fructose Corn Syrup, I'd say this would also be a good purchase for you.  The only downfall to the latter is that they don't have as wide of a flavoring choice for the no artificial sweeteners.

I took my sodas to work to have my party.  Nearly all of my friends are my co-workers and it was just easier that wayyy.  We had a great time tasting different flavors and even made rootbeer floats!

soda stream

We work in I.T. so we've all got headsets on :)  I'm not pictured because I was the photographer, and my other co-workers chose not to be photographed.  We had a fun time being sillyyy && just taking a break! <333

*All opinions are my own, I was not paid to write this post.  I was sent the SodaStream Kit by HouseParty.com, however, making a blog post was NOT a requirement by them.  I chose to write about my SodaStream on my own accord.

week in review [6-21]

Friday, June 21, 2013

Woohoo it's friday!  [Which doesn't mean a whole lot to me since I'm currently working 7 days a week...]  My day didn't start out too well, how was yours?  This morning I woke up at 7:59 [work starts at 8am] to my son saying, "mom what time do you work today?"  Talk about a rushed morning!  But I'm here and things have kind of slowed down for the day.  Thought I'd check in and update you guys on some things.  I hope you enjoyed my "working woman's organization" post, cause I'm making it a series!  Expect a new post each week from that series.

POHS~
I have an appointment on tuesday with my RS as a follow up to my Avastin injection.  Things had been going great, and I considered canceling the appointment [shhh don't tell].  However, yesterday I noticed a "flicker" in the top right of my vision.  It's just a tiny flickering spot, and it's still doing it today.  So now I'm concerned that I may have another bleed, keeping that appointment!  I'll let you know how that goes next week.

Work~
My work outside the home is pretty crazy right now.  I've got so much going on.  My day starts very early and ends very late.  Which is probably why I slept straight through my alarm this morning... Thank goodness I've nearly perfected my "routine" so that I'm organized & was able to fly out the door quickly this morning.

Makeup~
I've got several reviews to do for you guys, and a giveaway will be hosted soon.  With my Sample Society by Beauty Bar subscription box, I'm always trying new things.  It is my goal to test the rest of the items that I haven't gotten to yet, so I can report my Sample Society box reviews next week.

Crafting~
I'm starting a crochet project very soon that I'll share with you.  I haven't done much with yarn in years, so I'm excited to start it up again.  I realized the other day that I could take my yarn & hooks to work with me & crochet in my down time.  [I'm having a really hard time staying awake at work some days, so this would keep me busy]

Organization~
My master bathroom redo is finished and I'll have a post on that next week as well.  My next project is my master bedroom closet [YIKES]!  That is the only room that has NEVER been organized since we moved in.  Don't judge... Even Monica Geller had a "junk closet"!

Bookworm~
Right now I'm taking a step back in time 16 years and reading the Harry Potter series.  I never jumped on the Potter bandwagon [don't smite me].  Well the other day I was teasing Jess cause I was sleepy and I said, "read me a story".  She started to read me the first Harry Potter book, and I was like, "wow this is really good!  I want to know what happens next!"  So here I am... a total "Potter Poser" as my son likes to call me.  Oh well... better late than never to the world of Witchcraft & Wizardry right?  If you have a GoodReads account, friend me on there!

I'm excited for a new week and to share new posts with you all!  Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

presumed ocular histoplasmosis

Well it's been 2 weeks since my Avastin injection.  I've noticed a lot of improvement in my vision.  Today at work I was able to disable Windows Magnifier.  Yay!

I've been doing A LOT of research on POHS.  I keep reading that stress is a major factor in bleeding onset.  I know that this is controversial amongst doctors, but the patients can vouch for this.  I got to thinking... I went a year with my right eye and nothing in my left.  Then as soon as I started a second job, my left started bleeding.  I can see that the added work/stress very well could have been a factor.

Since then I've been working REALLY HARD at keeping stress out of my life.  With 2 jobs and a family, some times this is a hard task.  I'm going to do a series soon on living stress free & relaxation.  I think this is beneficial to anyone, but especially beneficial t POHS sufferers.

presumed ocular histoplasmosis

Tomorrow will a full week since my first shot of Avastin.  I have noticed a mild improvement in my vision already.  I was able to decrease the font size on my kindle a little, and I can see my text messages easie.  YAYYYY!  Yesterday completed my round of anti-biotic drops in my eye, I seem to have successfully kept from getting an injection.  All in all I'd say that it was a successful injection!  I go back to my RS [retinal specialist] mid-june.  Hopefully, I'll walk out of there with a success of no bleeding!  *Fingers crossed*

Do you have POHS?  Please share your story below, I love reading and learning about other's experiences.

presumed ocular histoplasmosis

Well it's been 2 days since my first Avastin injection for my POHS.  The injection wasn't as scary as I had expected it to be.  The rest of the day I felt pretty sleepyyy and mildly uncomfortable in my eye.  Yesterday I discovered little floaters that looked like things swimming around in my eye.  After some research and asking people with POHS, I found this is normal with Avastin injections.  Today I feel much better.  I still have some discomfort, && I'm tired, but all in all I'm starting to feel more normal.

I just wanted to pop in and provide an update.  I try not to sit at the computer any longer than I have to right now.  I'm still sensitive to the light.  Have a wonderful weekend!

presumed ocular histoplasmosis

Have you ever heard of Presumed Ocular Histoplasmosis?  Yeah me either... Within the last 3 months I've developed vision problems in my eyes.  Blurriness, unable to read without magnifying x100, lines are squiggly, and complete loss of central vision in my right eye.  Fun.

To make an awfully long and painful visit to the Retinal Specialist, I was diagnosed with Presumed Ocular Histoplasmosis Syndrome [POHS].  This has made working very difficult for me.  I have to utilize Windows Magnifier just to get around on the computer.  Since I blog and work in I.T. at my out of the home job, things have been difficult.  Blogging had to take a backseat.

I have my first appointment tomorrow for my treatment.  There is no cure for POHS unfortunately, and since the scarring is already so bad in my right eye, I won't regain vision in it.  The left eye is the eye that will be receiving treatment.  The treatment I'm undergoing is a series of injections into my eye with the medicine Avastin.  The insurance company is fighting covering the treatment, which hasn't been fun.

I'm anxious and unsure if I'm ready for this appointment tomorrow, yet I'm keeping positive thoughts.  I'll update you in a few days after the treatment.

    .Vox box review

    Monday, May 13, 2013

    vox box

Hello!  Sorry I'm just now getting my Sugar & Spice VoxBox review.  I've had quite the health issue sneak up on me (I'll tell you about it in another post).  The positive thing is I've definitely had time to fully use and experience the products.  Let's get started:

    Colgate Opti-White
    • Product Claim: The collection of Colgate® Optic White® products whitens more than 3 shades* and results start in one week. With Colgate® Optic White®, the only accessory you need to look fabulous is your smile. *based on twice daily use for 4 weeks
    • What I loved:  I honestly LOVE these products!  I've even purchased several more toothbrushes for the family.  Now we're all using it!  The toothpaste I feel does a wonderful job at whitening (as much as an over the counter toothpaste can).  It's got a great minty taste that sticks with you for awhile for long lasting freshness.
    • What I didn't love:  I'm not a huge fan of the mouthwash.   I do use it, and love the way it works.  However, my issue lays with the "foaming action".  It foams so much it gags me.  It's not a pleasant experience for me, so I probably won't repurchase the mouthwash for myself.  I don't believe in waste though, so I will definitely finish the bottle.

    Nectresse Natural Sweetener
    • Product claim: NECTRESSE™ Sweetener has a rich sugar-like taste and is naturally zero calories per serving. How? We started with the deliciously sweet extract of monk fruit and combined it with the perfect blend of other natural sweeteners. It's 100% natural with nothing artificial. You're going to love the way it tastes. In our search to create the perfect sweetener, we turned to the place that does sweetness best: nature. We found our inspiration in the monk fruit. Hand-picked in remote mountain regions, monk fruit has been cultivated for hundreds of years and only recently re-discovered as a source of natural sweetness.
    • What I loved:  I don't use many artificial sweeteners.  I pretty much stick to Truvia, and I don't even use it that often.  I have made myself become a black coffee and unsweetened tea drinker.  However, I do lightly sweeten my oatmeal with artifical sweetener.  While I did enjoy the sweetener, I didn't feel overly impressed or underwhelmed by it.  Nothing speical stuck out.
    • What I didn't love:  Again... I neither loved nor hated this product.  I know it seems odd to be completely apathetic about an articial sweetener, but I am.

    Belvita Breakfast Biscuits
    • Product claim: belVita Breakfast Biscuits are made with delicious ingredients and carefully baked to release nutritious sustained energy, all morning long. They are a good source of Fiber and B-vitamins, contain no high fructose corn syrup, have 18-20 grams of whole grain per 50 gram serving and taste great, which makes belVita Breakfast Biscuits perfect for when you are on the go. Facts:• Nutritious sustained energy all morning• 18-20 grams of whole grains per 50 gram serving• A good source of both energy-releasing B-vitamins + fiber• No high fructose corn syrup• No artificial flavors or sweeteners.
    • What I loved:  Ack, here's another product I don't have a whole lot to say on.  It is not Gluten Free, so I was unable to test it myself.  I let my teenager test it.  He ate it all in about 2.5 seconds, and said it was good, then walked away to find more to eat ;)
    • What I didn't love: That it wasn't gluten free.

    Dickinson's Oil Controlling Towelettes
    • Product claim: New from Dickinson’s Original Witch Hazel, Oil Controlling Towelettes. The first ever individually wrapped towelette with Original Witch Hazel to gently remove dirt, oil & impurities while eliminating shine – even on the go. Perfect for even the most sensitive skin, each towelette is touched with aloe to help restore essential moisture. The result is a clean, refreshed, and blemish free complexion anytime, anywhere. Oil Controlling Towelettes are conveniently wrapped for active lifestyles and perfectly sized for travel, complying with strict TSA requirements. Benefits of Oil Controlling Towelettes-Gentle spun lace cloth helps extract trapped dirt & oils, tones and protects skin-Original witch hazel is perfect for sensitive skin-Non-drying like many other oil removing products-Simple efficacious ingredients-The small size is convenient to travel with and bring anywhere – the home, office, beach, sporting events and gym-Cleans and conditions on the go .
    • What I loved:  Ladies & Gents, I've been using Dickinson's witch hazel for years and years.  As an oily & acne prone person, witch hazel is a must for me.  I loved the convenience of the travel towelettes.  I've even used it to remove makeup in a pinch.  These are wonderful & I will definitely repurchase.
    • What I didn't love:  N/A, loved everything about them!

    Vaseline Spray & Go
    • Product claim: A convenient 360° continuous spray lotion that moisturizes deeply and absorbs in seconds (less than 10)• Skin feels instantly soft – not sticky or greasy• Contains multi-layer moisture complex and infuses moisture across all layers of skin* – at the top, the core and deep down• Fast to apply, quick to absorb, so women can put their clothes right on after moisturizing• Targeted spray (width of woman’s wrist) dispenses lotion quickly and evenly• To apply simply spray up one side of your body, switch hands, spray down the other side, and then rub in with a few quick rubs (“Up, Switch, Down, Rub”)• All over body coverage• Also comes in Total Moisture®, which contains pure oat extract and leaves skin feeling healthy and soft, Aloe Fresh which contains pure aloe and leaves skin feeling healthy and fresh and Cocoa Radiant™ which contains pure cocoa butter and leaves skin feeling healthy and glowing **Stratum corneum (multi-layer surface skin)
    • What I loved: This product was interesting... I found that it was very easy to use and soaked right into the skin with minimal hand/lotion contact.  I use it out of the shower after shaving.  I hope out, dry off, spray it on, and by the time I'm ready to get dressed it has soaked into the skin.
    • What I didn't love:  I wasn't crazy about the scent of the one that was sent to me.  However, I have seen more of these in the store with different scents.  So there's more options for you to try out.

All in all I'd say it was a very successful VoxBox!  Here are my product ratings:
    • Colgate Optic-White~ A+
    • Nutresse~ B
    • Belvita~ A
    • Dickinson's Towelettes~ A+
    • Vaseline Spray & Go~ A

Our phones have become an additional appendage.  I know mine is!  I won't retrace my celiac story here, but you know I was diagnosed with it.  That has definitely required me to be more in tune with my body and what I eat.  I've been more aware of my health overall since my diagnosis.  Here is a list of my favorite health apps for Android && how I use them.

    ||1} Rawtarian is a FANTASTIC app full of raw recipes & information.  I'm not a rawtarian, but I do try to eat at least 50% raw each day.

    ||2} RelaxMelodies app has literally been a life saver for me!  I suffer from insomnia and this app has helped tremendously!  It has a lot of different sounds that you can layer.  There's a timer, so your phone doesn't keep playing the app after you fall asleep.  I set mine for 30mins and I haven't been awake still when the timer turns the app off yet.  My favorite sounds that I have layered are: dryer, rain, city, cat purring

    ||3} OvuView is my favorite period tracker app.  I DO NOT use it for fertility [no more kiddos for this girl!]  I currently have menstrual issues, and have to keep a log for my doctor. [Boy this post sure makes me seem like I'm falling apart!]

    ||4} Bodybuilding.com I follow the Jamie Eason Live Fit weight training program.  When I'm in the gym, this app helps if I'm unsure of how to do a new lift.

    ||5} My Diet Diary I follow calories not to lose weight, but to make sure I am getting ENOUGH calories a day.  Eating 50% raw, clean, and gluten free means most of my diet is fruits & vegetables.  Some days I struggle to get all my calories in.

    ||6} Food Diary I have a post about my food diary that I keep.  I only use the app version when I'm traveling or away from home and remember something that I need to add to my physical food diary.

    ||7} Fooducate is a wonderful app to help you when you are unsure of the ingredients of what you're eating/purchasing.  It also has a rating system that gives you an idea of how healthy or unhealthy to food is for you.

Do you use any of these?  Use something not listed?  Please share!
