One of my goals for this year is to make myself eat breakfast. I'm not a breakfast eater. I'm not usually hungry in the mornings. I'll drink nearly a pot of coffee each morning while doing my morning routine. Then by the time lunch time rolls around, I'm starving! That leads to eating too much at lunch & making bad choices. I decided this year I'm going to make myself take the time to eat breakfast each day.

There I found Truvia® Brown Sugar Blend! I already use Truvia® at home for a low calorie sweetener, but I didn't have the Truvia® Brown Sugar Blend. I write out my morning routine for the week each Sunday. I've started including "eat breakfast" to my check list so that I don't forget! So far I've been very successful with this. Writing things down in your planner is a great way to implement new habits into your day to day life.
