This morning I was craving a comfort food type breakfast. I decided on french toast && put a little spin on it. It was delicious! I had to share it with you!
I whisked together an egg && a little bit of almond milk. Dipped my bread into the mixture and made typical french toast. Once it was finished I sprinkled a tablespoon of pb2 over them, and finished with sugar free maple syrup.
Oh. My. Gosh. It was perfection! My picture isn't that pleasant and I apologize for that. I just quickly snapped a photo to send to a friend. Then as the day went on I knew I needed to blog about it!
My particular ingredients came to 291 calories using 2 pieces of bread. It will vary by brand and amounts.
