I found this recipe on Pinterest. Now, you should keep in mind this recipe certainly isn't the healthiest lol. It's pizza right?! I made some substitutions that made it healthier for me, but I would still only eat this on occasion when you're REALLYYY craving pizza and can't have the crust.
- 1 8oz package of cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
[Pre-heat oven to 350]
First you want to mix all the crust ingredients in a bowl with a hand mixer. This only takes about a minute.
Then you'll spread the mixture evenly into a lightly sprayed 9x13 baking dish.
Place that in the oven when it's pre-heated. Bake until golden brown, about 12-15mins. Next you'll want to prepare your veggies.
When your crust is golden brown, take it out of the oven and let it cool for 10mins.
Now you'll want to spread the sauce on, and add your toppings! Bake until cheese is nice & melted!
**I use muenster cheese instead of shredded cheese, because I like the way it melts better. Plus, I use less ;-) When your cheese is melted [about 10mins] take it out of the oven! I let mine sit for 5mins before cutting into it and serving.
And there it is! A yummy Gluten Free crust pizza!
